Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

WoofyBloom offers FREE economy shipping on all U.S. orders over $60. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. However, delays may occur due to courier backlogs or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, please contact us at contact@woofybloom.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Inclement weather conditions, mail carrier issues, and customs may all cause delays in transit.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

WoofyBloom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 6 to 12 business days, but can sometimes take up to 20 business days to arrive.
