90-Day Results Guarantee

Effective May 20, 2026. Orders placed before this date are subject to our Standard Returns policy below.

Functional mushrooms work gradually — they support your dog's immune system through consistent daily use, not overnight. That's why we ask you to use our supplements daily for 90 days. If your dog hasn't improved, we'll refund you.

  • The product must be used consistently for a minimum of 90 days before a refund request can be made.
  • Refund requests must be made between day 90 and day 100 from your first order's delivery date. Requests before day 90 or after day 100 are not eligible.
  • Subsequent orders do not reset this window.
  • Covers up to three (3) bags per customer or household, regardless of whether purchased as single orders, bundles, or subscription shipments.
  • First-time customers only. Purchases made through our website only.

Standard Returns

For any other reason, our standard return policy applies:

  • Only your first purchase is eligible for a standard return.
  • Subsequent subscription orders are not eligible for returns or refunds outside of the 90-Day Results Guarantee. Please cancel before it ships if you no longer wish to continue.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for standard returns.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all standard returns.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.

Subscriptions

Cancelling your subscription is not a return or guarantee claim. Cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us. Orders already shipped at the time of cancellation are subject to this returns policy.

WoofyBloom reserves the right to deny claims in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. This policy may be modified at any time for future purchases.
