Returns

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you can ship the product back to us within 30 days after receiving it. Products shipped back later than 30 days can't be accepted for a refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be:
– Unopened and unused (for consumable items)
– In the same original packaging
– Including the scoop, user manual, and any inserts

For consumable products: we unfortunately can’t accept returns of opened packages for safety and hygiene reasons.

To start a return, just simply contact us at contact@woofybloom.com and we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Funds may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank’s processing times.

    Please note that we aren't able to refund the return shipping fee. However we will refund the shipping fee you've paid to get the product.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
